I’m traveling alone but would like to share a room. Is this possible?

We highly encourage guests to share rooms! Choose the Sage Canyon Two-Bedroom Cabin when registering, and then email us at ExperienceB3@barre3.com and let us know you would like to be paired with a roommate. We understand that you might be hesitant to share a room with someone you don’t know yet, but our experience with past retreats has been that guests sharing rooms get even more out of the retreat experience. Shared rooms allow you to connect and foster new relationships.

What type of accommodations are available?

Ranch House Suites (Single Occupancy)

Located in the main lodge, the Ranch House Suites offer panoramic views of the Cascades right from your room. The Ranch House is conveniently located near all retreat activities and includes access to a private fire pit, a hot tub, and the Ranch House restaurant.

Sage Canyon Cabins - 4 Room Types Offered:

Sage Canyon Cabin Suite - Single Occupancy (King Bed) - $2850

This room type offers one bedroom with a king bed and includes the living room and kitchen portion of the cabin.

Sage Canyon Cabin Single Room (King Bed) - $2550

The Sage Canyon Single Rooms have a king bed, a private bath, and a private entrance.

Sage Canyon Two-Bedroom Cabin, Double Occupancy $2450 (each)

The two-bedroom cabins are perfect for sharing. You will have a private two-bedroom cabin with a full kitchen and a living room.

Sage Canyon One-Bedroom Cabin, Double Occupancy - $2150 (each)

These one-bedroom cabins have a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a full kitchen, an additional half bath, and a living room with a sleeper sofa. This room type is only available for guests sharing with a friend.

Please reach out to us at ExperienceB3@barre3.com with any questions regarding room types. Also, if you have a group of three or more friends, we can accommodate you in a three- or four-bedroom cabin. Send us an email and we’ll be happy to make this happen.

Am I able to book a room to arrive a day early or extend my stay?

Early arrivals and extended stays are possible based on availability. Please connect with us at ExperienceB3@barre3.com.

I’ve never taken a barre3 class. Can I still attend?

Absolutely! Whether you’re a seasoned client or have never attended a barre3 class before, this retreat is for you. Our Experience B3 retreats are designed to inspire clients at every stage of fitness, from beginner to advanced. We will exercise your soul and your spirit as much as your glutes. What is our favorite saying at barre3? Make It Your Own. And that is exactly what this time together is about: making this the right retreat for you.

What should I pack?

Pack a variety of clothing that you can move freely in, whether that be for a barre3 class or for hike in the high desert. We recommend warm layers so you can add or remove according to varying temperatures inside buildings and outdoors. Spring weather in Central Oregon can vary. We will email you prior to our arrival day with the latest forecast.

Do you recommend travel insurance?

We think it’s a good idea. We are not affiliated with nor do we endorse any insurance companies, but should a personal matter come up that makes you unable to attend, travel insurance may cover cancellation charges for your retreat fee and travel expenses. Travel insurance is also handy should you run into travel delays due to weather or airline troubles. The cost is typically inexpensive. Of course, we hope you won’t need the insurance, but should you, it would be well worth the investment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payment is due in full at the time you register for the retreat. By completing the event registration form and providing payment, you authorize B3 LLC Studios (barre3) to charge your credit card for the full amount of the package you selected. If you need to cancel, you must do so prior to Friday, March 6, 2020, to receive a full refund of your registration fee, not including any credit-card processing fees and other related fees. If you cancel after Friday, March 6, 2020, your registration fee will not be refunded unless the event is sold out and a replacement attendee registers off the waitlist by paying in full for your space. Under such circumstances, barre3 will refund your registration fee, not including any credit-card processing and other related fees. Barre3 has no obligation to find a replacement attendee to book your space. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ExperienceB3@barre3.com. Verification of receipt via return email from ExperienceB3@barre3.com is required for your cancellation to be completed. Refunds will not be issued for early departure from the retreat.

If on the rare occasion barre3 needs to cancel the retreat, it will promptly notify you via the contact information entered in your registration form. Under such circumstances, barre3 will issue a full refund for your registration fee. Barre3 will not reimburse you for any other expenses related to the retreat such as travel expenses. We recommend you consider purchasing trip insurance to protect you in such circumstances.

I still have some questions. Who can I contact?

Please contact our Director of Experiences, Kristin Rios, at experienceb3@barre3.com. We would love to hear from you.
